感谢您使用「极简记账」（以下简称"本应用"）。我们非常重视您的隐私，本政策将向您说明我们如何处理您的数据。
核心承诺：您的所有记账数据均存储在您的设备本地，我们不会收集、上传或出售您的任何个人信息。
1. 数据存储
本应用采用纯本地存储方式。所有记账数据（包括交易记录、账户信息、预算、分类等）均保存在您的 iPhone 本地存储中，不会上传至任何服务器。
2. 我们不收集的信息
- 个人身份信息：本应用无需注册或登录，不收集姓名、邮箱、电话号码等
- 位置信息：不收集或追踪您的地理位置
- 使用分析：不使用任何第三方分析或追踪工具
- 广告标识：不收集 IDFA 或任何广告相关标识符
3. AI 功能
本应用包含 AI 辅助功能（智能分类建议、AI 助手聊天、收据扫描等），这些功能需要将部分数据发送至第三方 AI 服务进行处理：
- 文本分析（Groq API）：当您使用 AI 分类建议或 AI 聊天功能时，相关文本会发送至 Groq 进行处理
- 图像识别（OpenAI API）：当您使用收据扫描功能时，拍摄的图片会发送至 OpenAI 进行识别
以上数据仅在请求处理期间使用，不会被这些服务永久存储。详细信息请参阅 Groq 隐私政策 和 OpenAI 隐私政策。
4. iCloud 同步
如果您启用了 iCloud 同步功能，您的数据将通过 Apple 的 iCloud 服务在您的设备之间同步。该数据存储在您自己的 iCloud 账户中，受 Apple 的隐私政策保护。我们无法访问您的 iCloud 数据。
5. 设备权限
本应用可能请求以下设备权限，均需您明确授权：
- 相机：用于拍摄收据照片
- 相册：用于选择收据图片
- 麦克风：用于语音记账功能
- Face ID：用于应用锁屏保护
- Siri：用于语音快捷指令记账
- 通知：用于预算提醒和快速记账
6. 数据安全
您的数据存储在设备本地，受 iOS 系统级加密保护。本应用还支持 Face ID / 密码锁屏，为您的财务数据提供额外保护。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

Privacy Policy

Thank you for using QuickExpense (the "App"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Our Core Promise: All your financial data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, upload, or sell any of your personal information.
1. Data Storage
This App uses local-only storage. All financial data (including transactions, accounts, budgets, and categories) is saved on your iPhone's local storage and is never uploaded to any server.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Personal Identity: No registration or login required. We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers
- Location: We do not collect or track your geographic location
- Analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools
- Advertising IDs: We do not collect IDFA or any advertising identifiers
3. AI Features
The App includes AI-powered features (smart category suggestions, AI assistant chat, receipt scanning, etc.) that require sending certain data to third-party AI services for processing:
- Text Analysis (Groq API): When you use AI category suggestions or AI chat, relevant text is sent to Groq for processing
- Image Recognition (OpenAI API): When you use the receipt scanning feature, captured images are sent to OpenAI for recognition
This data is only used during request processing and is not permanently stored by these services. For more details, please refer to Groq's Privacy Policy and OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
4. iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your data will be synced across your devices via Apple's iCloud service. This data is stored in your own iCloud account and is protected by Apple's privacy policy. We cannot access your iCloud data.
5. Device Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions, all requiring your explicit authorization:
- Camera: For taking receipt photos
- Photo Library: For selecting receipt images
- Microphone: For voice expense recording
- Face ID: For app lock screen protection
- Siri: For voice shortcut expense recording
- Notifications: For budget alerts and quick recording
6. Data Security
Your data is stored locally on your device, protected by iOS system-level encryption. The App also supports Face ID / passcode lock, providing an additional layer of protection for your financial data.
7. Children's Privacy
This App is not designed for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We recommend checking this page periodically.
